The physical programs that we provide at theinnergame are designed to reveal your character through the process of athletic pursuit.

We are not so much interested in building elite athletes as we are in building elite characters.

Take the time to explore your process of achievement as you pursuit your physical goal. Take the time to acknowledge your character and how it has supported you to this point.

  1. How did you get to yes?
  2. What helps you get started or causes you to procrastinate?
  3. Is having a program valuable? Does it help you map the way?
  4. What are the influences around you? How do you handle the people who support you and those who doubt or demean you?
  5. How do you persevere through adversity? There will be opportunities to quit along the way. It may be an injury, work, weather, family demands… etc. They are all worthy demands, however do not give in to them without reconciling the decision with yourself.
  6. How do you respond to measures of your progress? Are the effective means of identifying how you are improving of whether the training is failing to have the desired impact?
  7. Have you found it necessary to learn new ways of doing things to adapt to the next level? Has a flexibility in how you approach your endeavour, a willingness to learn new paths, been beneficial?
  8. Have you found enlightenment around what you are capable of?

Our analysis of the sense of achievement that athletes experience through their endeavours, has revealed that it is not a consequence of being the fastest, or being the best, but rather a consequence of mastering themselves.

They are most proud of the character that has supported them in their achievement.

Our programs intend to reveal that level of character to anyone brave enough to want to explore it.
